Terms of Service
The terms that govern access to SeeVideo and its AI video generation services.
Last updated: 2026-08-14
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SeeVideo ("SeeVideo", "we", "us", or "our"), including its website, accounts, AI video generation tools, credits, subscriptions, and related support services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, uploading material, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must provide accurate account and payment information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless it results directly from our security failure.
The Service
SeeVideo provides tools that generate video from text prompts and, where available, media references. Where available for a request, the Service may use the Doubao-Seedance-2.5 model and other third-party AI, hosting, storage, payment, and communications providers to deliver it. Generation is probabilistic: outputs may vary, take time, fail, or be unavailable. We may modify, limit, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or the operation of the Service.
Your inputs and generated output
"Input" means prompts, reference media, files, data, and other material you submit. "Output" means media returned by the Service in response to an Input.
- You retain the rights you hold in your Inputs.
- You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and use Inputs only as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the Service.
- You are responsible for your Inputs, your use of Outputs, and obtaining every permission, release, and license required for people, voices, likenesses, brands, music, footage, and other material you submit or portray.
- As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we may have in your Output, to the extent assignable and subject to these Terms. Outputs may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an Output is copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or available for exclusive use.
- You must independently review Outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. Do not represent an Output as real, authoritative, or created by a person when doing so would be misleading or unlawful.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable laws, and the rules of any third-party provider involved in the Service. In particular, you must not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, harmful, or non-consensual content; impersonate a person; create deceptive deepfakes; exploit or depict minors; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights; evade safeguards; interfere with the Service; introduce harmful code; conduct fraud; or enable spam, malware, scams, violence, or illegal activity.
We may review, block, remove, preserve, or report content and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law or a provider requirement, protect people or systems, or address fraud and abuse.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to request eligible Service features. They are not money, stored value, property, or a bank account. Credit prices, quantities, eligible features, and expiry periods, if any, are shown at checkout or in your account. Credits may be consumed when a generation request is submitted. If our systems determine that an eligible generation failed before delivery, we may return the consumed credits in accordance with the Refund Policy. We may correct clear pricing, crediting, or billing errors.
Gift credits include daily check-in rewards and any other credits we provide free of charge. Gift credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded, used to reduce a refund amount, or used as the basis for a claim for replacement or compensation. Daily check-in credits expire automatically exactly 30 × 24 hours after they are granted; they are not restored or extended after expiry. Gift credits are consumed before paid, subscription, or renewal credits, and that ordering may cause other credits to expire before they are used. If a generation fails, only non-gift credits actually consumed for that request may be restored; gift credits are never restored. These limitations apply subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period displayed at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing area before the next renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law. We may change subscription prices for a future renewal period after giving any notice required by applicable law. Unless required by law or our Refund Policy, fees for a started subscription period and unused credits are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by the payment provider or Merchant of Record identified at checkout. You authorize that party to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount, applicable taxes, and recurring subscription charges. Your purchase may also be subject to that party's terms. A declined, reversed, or disputed payment may result in suspension of the related credits, subscription, or account while the matter is resolved. Before initiating a chargeback, please email support@seevid.org and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and other materials, excluding your Inputs and the rights assigned to you in Outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, rent, sell, sublicense, or make the Service available to others except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information in feedback unless you intend to make it available on that basis.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if you breach these Terms, create material risk for us or others, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued provision is unlawful or impracticable. We will give notice where appropriate and legally permitted. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
Disclaimers
The Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, error-free, or that any Output will be lawful, accurate, original, or fit for your intended use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, providers, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law. We will give you prompt notice of a claim and reasonable cooperation at your expense.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply on the date stated in the updated Terms or, where required, after we provide notice and obtain any required consent. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
For questions, notices, or complaints about these Terms, contact us at support@seevid.org and include the account email and any relevant order or task identifier.
